The purpose of this website is to inform you of a class action lawsuit now pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (the “Court”) under the above caption (the “Action”) against HD Supply Holdings, Inc. (“HD Supply” or the “Company”) and Individual Defendants Joseph J. DeAngelo and Evan J. Levitt (collectively, “Defendants”). SUBMIT A CLAIM FORM BY JULY 18, 2020 The only way to get a payment.
EXCLUDE YOURSELF BY JUNE 30, 2020 Get no payment. This is the only option that allows you to ever be part of any other lawsuit against HD Supply and the other Released Defendant Parties about the Released Claims.
OBJECT BY JUNE 30, 2020 Write to the Court about why you do not like the Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, Lead Counsel’s application for an award of attorneys’ fees and payment of expenses, and/or an award to Lead Plaintiffs.
GO TO THE SETTLEMENT HEARING ON JULY 21, 2020 Ask to speak in Court about the Settlement at the Settlement Hearing by filing a written objection and notice of intention to appear by June 30, 2020.
